FULL SERVICE DESIGN
Megan leads a team of designers and client coordinators to handle every detail of your project from start to finish-giving you the ultimate design experience. You will receive furniture layouts and design plans, an in person design presentation including a custom curation of selections for each space our team procures from our vast library of trade only vendors, a dedicated project manager will handle all of your orders and logistics while receiving each item for inspection at our warehouse prior to delivery. On installation day our team comes and places each piece of furniture, hangs the art and light fixtures, styles the shelves and fluffs the pillows before your big reveal! It's the ultimate HGTV experience for our clients.
NEW BUILD & RENOVATION

Custom designed rooms and homes, from top to bottom. Services include, but are not limited to paint and material selection, kitchen and bath design concepts, and lighting procurement. We are happy and comfortable working with builders from the very beginning of the design process for custom builds, can come on board to help select materials for a semi custom build, or happy to help you through a renovation, no matter the size.
DESIGN CONCIERGE
Our Design Concierge service is intended for clients who have most of their furnishings in place, but need assistance from a Megan Molten stylist to elevate their overall space(s). This service is ideal for clients who don’t need a full room designed, but rather need help pulling a room together and making those final touches. A Megan Molten stylist can assist in the selection of accent furniture, artwork, and accessories from our shop to tie the room(s) together and bring the vision to life.

Based on our 2023 project schedule and current market trends, we are forced to be more intentional and selective with the projects we’re best fit for. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for design projects within the following scope:

Large scale renovation projects

Interior furnishing projects with a minimum budget of $50,000​

We travel anywhere within a 2 hour driving radius. We do offer travel services outside of South Carolina for those projects that meet certain criteria

Design concierge projects for those needing local or virtual assistance elevating a space(s)-All items must be purchased through the Megan Molten Shop and designs are completed by a MM stylist.
