CREATIVE DIRECTOR, LEAD DESIGNER
Megan's love for all things interiors has been around for as long as she can remember and soon became a reality after she purchased her first home in Charleston, South Carolina and started the design process herself. She began sharing with the world all of her favorite finds and amazing transformations on social media and the world responded! It was this incredible response to Megan's designs that encouraged her to start helping friends, then friends of friends and eventually clients transform their spaces too. This exciting new "hobby" she devoted every hour to while not working her very full time job in medical sales quickly turned into a business. She quit her 12 year career in corporate America to chase a dream-a dream that was her true passion in life-helping others achieve beautiful spaces they love. Her passion for light and airy design, go getter attitude and attention to detail has quickly created a strong following and brand for Megan Molten and she can't wait to continue to watch her big dream grow! Megan and her husband Hugh reside in Mount Pleasant in their newly renovated home with their new baby girl Marion. They enjoy all the culture and cuisine Charleston has to offer as well as being on the water as much as they can.
Courtney is our do it all, always prepared “Mary Poppins” of the team! She handles all of the client measurements, floor and furniture plans, design presentations and proposals, procurement, and the list goes on. She has a knack for creating visually appealing spaces and has always had an eye for design. She is also highly skilled with a vast number of softwares and can organize even the most chaotic of messes down to a cohesive array.
Courtney is a recent graduate from High Point University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. When she is not designing, she can be found at the beach or shopping with her friends.
Born and raised in Georgia, Elle graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. She moved to Charleston in 2011 for her husband to attend medical school. She spent her early years in Charleston working in the business industry, but always dreamed of working in a more creative field. When a good friend of hers (hint, Megan Molten) decided to start her own interior design company Elle volunteered herself to be Megan's assistant and the rest is history! Elle handles all client coordination, project tracking and ordering, and can often be found on the phone with FedEx freight or yet another 18-wheeler company tracking our items down at all times of the day. Elle enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children in Denver, CO until they move back to Augusta, GA after her husband finishes medical training. In her free time she enjoys swimming, shopping, and happy hour!
Born and raised in North Carolina, Natalie visited Charleston often as a child and fell in love with the beauty, the beaches, and the lowcountry lifestyle. She moved in 1997 to attend College of Charleston and set down her roots. She spent her early career working in new home sales but fell in love with the design and interior selections of the new homes she was selling. Growing her career into website sales for fast growing home decor and design sites was a no brainer. When not working you can find Natalie spending time with her two sons, at the beach, or traveling with her family.

Cameron was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She has been immersed in the creative sector since childhood, studying ballet and attending arts school locally and summer intensives nationally. After a 7 year career in the psychiatric field as an RN, she left her Director of Nursing position to pursue interior design.
While recently renovating an 1830’s Charleston single with her husband, she became fascinated with architecture, historic preservation, and period sensitive renovations. The design tenets most significant to Cameron are highlighting the architectural features of a space and creating meaningful interiors that reflect the personalities of the people living in them. She is also passionate about environmental psychology, focusing on the way particular design elements such as textures, colors, lighting, and layout can directly affect peoples’ moods and interactions.
In her free time, you can find Cameron training for her private pilots license and spending time with her friends and family, ideally on the water. Cameron loves traveling, is eager to learn, and to discover new interests.
